At BAGRO GLOBAL CO., LTD, we aim to provide clear and reliable trading conditions to ensure smooth cooperation with our international partners.
1. Order Process
Our standard order process is as follows:
- Buyer sends inquiry including product specification, quantity and destination port.
- Seller provides quotation with price, packing details and delivery terms.
- Both parties confirm the order and sign the Sales Contract.
- Buyer makes payment according to the agreed payment terms.
- Seller arranges production, packing and shipment.
- Shipping documents are issued and sent to the buyer.
2. Payment Terms
LCL: 100% T/T in advance before shipment.
FCL:
• T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy.
• L/C: Irrevocable L/C at Sight.
3. Shipping Documents
After shipment, we provide the following documents:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)
- Other certificates required by the importing country or requested by the buyer can be provided.
Documents will be sent according to the agreed payment terms.
4. Quality Assurance
All products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet the agreed specifications.
If necessary, third-party inspection services such as SGS or other inspection agencies can be arranged at the buyer’s request.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipment will be arranged after receiving the agreed deposit or full payment.
Delivery terms are usually based on FOB or CIF according to Incoterms®.
6. Bank Charges
All international bank transfer charges should be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Currency
All payments shall be made in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise agreed by both parties in the contract.
8. Long-term Cooperation
For long-term partners and repeat customers, more flexible payment terms may be negotiated based on mutual trust and business cooperation.
